The Security Officer is responsible for the oversight of the safety and security of our clients and employees.
Security Greeter – Summary:
The Security Officer will be responsible for filling open posts in our security schedules at an education facility. Flexibility is required to cater to our client’s needs.
Security Officers will perform these duties, amongst many others.
Responsibilities:
Provide assistance to greeting employees and visitors in a professional manner.
Door coverage Monday-Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Guard designated areas for greeting staff and students.
Security officers will ensure students, faculty, and staff have completed their health screenings before gaining access to the building.
Job Requirements:
Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screening, federal background check, and fingerprinting. This process takes between 2- 4 weeks to be completed, so let’s start the process asap!
Must be willing to work on-call/ as needed, as staff members calling off work is unpredictable.
1 year of security experience preferred
First Aid/CPR/AED certification is preferred. Training will be provided by Watson Express within 90 days if you aren’t certified.
Must have a smartphone to access the company security guard management reporting app.
With or without reasonable accommodation, the physical and mental requirements of this job may include the following: seeing, hearing, speaking, and writing clearly. Occasional reaching with hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling.
Must have a vehicle and a valid driver’s license and insurance.
Must have flexibility within the schedule and be available for weekends and holidays
Security Greeter – Pay & Benefits:
Up to $16.00/hour based on experience /site location
